Text messages from La Gran Via Bakery
There are two separate things you can sign up for. They are independent — you may agree to one without the other, and neither is required to buy anything from us.
1. Order updates
Texts about an order you have placed with us — for example when it is confirmed, the pickup or delivery time, the balance due, and when it is ready.
2. Special offers and promotions
Occasional marketing texts about sales, seasonal items and events. This is entirely optional. You do not need to accept it to place an order, and declining it does not affect your order or your order updates in any way.

By ticking “Order updates” you agree to receive text messages about your order from La Gran Via Bakery (Addy Bakery Inc) at the mobile number you provide.
By separately ticking “Special offers and promotions” you agree to receive marketing text messages from La Gran Via Bakery (Addy Bakery Inc) at that number. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

When you order at our counter, or when you call us at (718) 853-8021, our staff ask you two separate questions and record your two answers separately.
First, about your order:
“Can I get a mobile number for your order? We’ll text you updates about this order — like when it’s confirmed and when it’s ready. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop. Is that okay?”
Then, only after that, a separate question about marketing:
“Separately — would you also like occasional texts about our sales and special offers? That one’s optional, and it’s not needed for your order.”
You may say yes to one and no to the other. We record your number only after you agree, and saying no to either question does not affect your order in any way.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will be removed immediately. Reply HELP, call (718) 853-8021, or email lgvbakery@gmail.com if you need help.
