La Gran Via Bakery collects your name, phone number, and order details when you place an order with us. We use your phone number to send you text messages about your order and, from time to time, promotions or special offers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging (for example, our SMS provider), strictly to deliver these messages.

How we collect your consent
We collect two separate consents and record them separately. You may agree to one without the other, and neither is required to buy anything from us.
Online. You can sign up at lagranviabakery.com/text-updates/, where order updates and marketing offers are two separate, independently ticked boxes. Both are unticked by default.
In person or by phone. When you place an order at our counter or by phone, our staff ask two separate questions and record your two answers separately. First, about your order:
“Can I get a mobile number for your order? We’ll text you updates about this order — like when it’s confirmed and when it’s ready. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop. Is that okay?”
Then, separately, about marketing:
“Separately — would you also like occasional texts about our sales and special offers? That one’s optional, and it’s not needed for your order.”
Your number is recorded only after you agree. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of any purchase, and declining either question does not affect your order in any way.
